The College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology (ECST) at CSULA offers a range of exciting and progressive degree programs.  Innovation, excellence, globalization, and integrity are the core premises from which the Center’s faculty and administrators educate their students.

As a result of the cutting edge work being done at ECST:

• CSULA is the first university west of the Mississippi to fly a hydrogen fuel cell-powered aircraft. Its long-term goal is to develop an unmanned aircraft that can survey environments without polluting them.
   
• CSULA will become one of the first dual hydrogen fueling stations in the nation to allow both 350-bar and 700-bar fueling.

Included within ECST is the Small Business Development Center. The Center provides confidential, individualized consulting and training to new and growing businesses, with specialized services for technology-based small businesses and startups.
