Community Partners (resource)
Community Partners was established in 1992 to meet a growing need experienced by civic and social entrepreneurs in Southern California for a structure that freed them from red tape while they pursued the cause that animated them.
Community Partners works with social entrepreneurs, grant makers and civic leaders to plan, design and implement solutions to societal challenges. The organization provides expertise in best practices, a vast knowledge base in project development and management, familiarity with the civic landscape and a commitment to advancing the public good.
Across all program areas, Community Partners works toward its organizational vision: A vibrant society in which individuals and institutions use knowledge, resources and relationships to build equitable, democratic and thriving communities.
