Sustainable Law Group, P.C. provides organizations and businesses in California with comprehensive legal counsel. Its specialties include nonprofits, green and sustainable businesses, estate planning, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Founded in 2012 by Cecily Jackson-Zapata and Becki Ueno, Sustainable Law Group has quickly earned a leadership role in the Southern California social enterprise community.

In 2013, Ms. Ueno worked with B Revolution consultant Dirk Sampselle to certify the Sustainable Law Group as a Certified B Corporation.
