VeeV
VeeV is the innovator of superfruit cocktails.
VeeV was launched in 2007 by two brothers, Courtney and Carter Reum, after a surfing trip to Brazil where they discovered smoothies made with the acai berry, known locally as "purple gold" because of its health properties. Inspired by the wonderful superfruit, they left behind their investment banker roles at Goldman Sachs with a singular goal to start a unique and sustainable liquor company.
VeeV examines every part the company, from product development to marketing, from sales to how it gives back to the community and environmental causes, in order to ensure that it considers the latest sustainable technologies. VeeV takes pride in the fact that it is the world's very first certified carbon neutral spirit, that it is a certified B Corporation, and that all of its bottles are designed with Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle in mind.
VeeV donates 1% of all sales to rainforest preservation and environmental initiatives. The company is committed to ensuring that the acai berry, along with all the wondrous superfruits and flora in their rainforest environments, is around for generations to come.
