Global SoCal

Global SoCal was launched in 2010 by a half-dozen people who shared a passion for relief and international development and a desire to meet others with similar interests.

Global SoCal’s diverse membership now includes nearly 200 people, including development practitioners, journalists, academics, students and members of the business community. Its volunteer advisory committee organizes panel discussions, networking events and professional development opportunities.
